Dr. Peter Kash
Dr. Peter Kash is a co-founder and Vice-Chairman of TargImmune Therapeutics (Switzerland).
He was a Professor of Marketing at Polytechnic University and Professor of Entrepreneurship at the Wharton Business School. He has authored several books including the international bestseller Make Your Luck, (Prentice Hall) and international bestseller Freedom From Disease (St. Martin’s Press).
Dr. Peter Kash sits on the board of FireBrick Pharma, (Australia) and oncology (Florida), Healthcare Capital Corporation. He was formerly a co-founder, partner and Chairman of Two River Group and President of Riverbank Capital Securities specializing in creating and financing several biotech companies including Kite Pharma, Edgemont Pharmaceuticals, and Intercept Pharmaceuticals.
Vince Ackerson
Vince Ackerson is a founding member in Texas Capital Bank. Vince served as Chief Lending Officer and President of the five major markets in Texas.
Before joining Texas Capital Bank, Ackerson was President of Mack Financial Group, Inc., where he successfully negotiated the purchase of the finance division of a Fortune 500 company, provided financial consulting to a Fortune 100 company, and headed the merger and acquisition work for a large NASDAQ-listed company.
Vince was a founder, shareholder and board member of TexakaBank Almaty, Kazakhstan. He began his banking career at First National Bank in Dallas (now Bank of America).

Na'ama Avidan
Na’ama is an experienced Food Engineer specializing in Functional Foods and Nutraceuticals development. She has extensive scientific, technological, and manufacturing knowledge and has worked on projects from concept to product development and commercialization.
She has a BSc in Food and Biotechnology Engineering from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Amit Lander
Amit is an analytical chemist with experience in new formulations and analytical methods for innovative and generic drug development.
He has worked for leading multinational pharmaceutical companies and brings a deep understanding of Quality systems and cGMP. Amit has a BSc in Chemistry from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
Mark Klein
Mark has 25 years industrial experience in project management and chemical engineering specializing in processes and technologies definition.
Mark has Engineer’s degree from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology, and an MSc. in Material science and Materials engineering from Tel Aviv University.
Shimrit Tradion
Shimrit possesses numerous years of experience in lab management and clinical studies coordination.
Shimrit holds a Bachelor of Medical Laboratory Sciences from the Hadassah Academic College, Jerusalem.
Zvika Biton
Zvika has 25 years of diverse experience in industrial manufacturing specializing in pharmaceutical clean rooms.
He has extensive knowledge in implementing new production lines, working under GMP, and preventive maintenance.

Hadas is an operations specialist with experience in retail operations and merchandise planning. She has worked in merchandise operations within the Fortune 500 realms and oversaw financial planning across thousands of retail locations nationwide.
Hadas has a BSc in International Merchandising & Marketing from the University of Missouri and is an MBA candidate at Pepperdine University.

Karine is a Branding fanatic and Strategy devotee with international business development experience over the past 20 years across numerous product categories in luxury from fashion to cosmetics.
Casey Shea
Casey is the Vice President of Product Development. With over a decade of experience spanning various sectors, Casey brings a strong background in hospitality management, product development, and food manufacturing to the table. Holding a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and an Associate degree from the Culinary Institute of America , Casey’s passion lies in crafting innovative, high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

Ramsey brings over 7 years of manufacturing experience to the table. With a knack for quick thinking and a diverse skill set, he excels in problem-solving through machinery operations.
